SmartReach.io vs Reply.io pricing
Every price on this page is the monthly rate on both sides, so nothing here can disagree with our own pricing page. An email-only buyer and a multichannel buyer get different answers, so both are priced separately rather than averaged into one.
Email only
Email outreach only, monthly billing on both sides. The second row is the one that matters
| Line | SmartReach.io | Reply.io |
|---|---|---|
| Entry plan, one person | Email Outreach Basic, $29/mo. 1,000 prospects We win this | Email Volume, $59/user/mo. 1,000 active contacts |
| Cheapest plan with unlimited users | Email Outreach Plus, $89/mo. 50,000 prospects and unlimited emails We win this | $179/mo, and only from the 10,000-contact tier. Below that every person is billed separately |
| Three people sending, 1,000 contacts each | Still $89 We win this | Reply.io Email Volume, 3 × $59 = $177 |
| Email verification | Included We win this | Metered, from $20 per 5,000 |
| Cost of adding a third sender | $0 | +$118/mo |
SmartReach.io stops charging for people at $89 a month and gives you 50,000 prospects with it. Reply.io keeps charging per person until the $179 tier, and that tier caps you at 10,000 contacts. Twice the price for a fifth of the volume.
Multichannel
Three people, five LinkedIn automation accounts, calling for three reps, monthly billing on both sides
| Line | SmartReach.io | Reply.io |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | Sales Engagement Plus at $99/mo. Sales Engagement starts at $39; Plus is the tier that carries unlimited users, 3 calling seats and 3 LinkedIn seats We win this | Multichannel at $99/user/mo. 3 × $99 = $297 |
| Calling, 3 reps | In the plan. Extra seats are $19 each Parity | In the plan, one account per person |
| LinkedIn automation, 5 accounts | 5 × $29 = $145 Parity | 3 in the plan, 2 × $69 = $138 |
| Email verification | Included We win this | Metered, from $20 per 5,000 |
| Monthly total | $244 | $435 |
The plan line is where this is decided. Reply.io's platform fee grows with every person; ours does not, and it already carries the calling and LinkedIn seats three reps need. At ten people the same configuration is $389 a month on Sales Engagement Plus against $990 on Reply.io Multichannel.
Competitor pricing checked 2026-09-23. Prices change often, so check the vendor's own pricing page before planning a migration around one. Reply.io pricing. SmartReach.io figures come from our pricing page, which is the source of truth for them. No per-seat pricing. Plans scale by active prospects, and every plan above Basic includes unlimited users and unlimited sending email accounts.
Where SmartReach.io is the better choice
Six places the difference is real rather than marketing, each one checkable against the two pricing pages.
Multichannel costs less, and the gap widens with the team
Reply.io bills per user on the plan most multichannel teams need, so the platform fee grows with every hire. SmartReach.io Sales Engagement Plus is $99 a month flat with unlimited users, and it already includes 3 calling seats and 3 LinkedIn seats. Three users with five LinkedIn automation accounts and calling comes to $244 against $435. At ten users it is $389 against $990.
Sending is scheduled around the prospect, not the sequence
SmartReach.io detects each prospect's timezone and sends inside their local business hours, and the sending holiday calendar holds mail on local public holidays and releases it the next working day. Reply.io schedules against the sequence's own timezone. On a list that spans regions this is the difference between arriving at 9am and arriving at 3am.
Deliverability failures pause themselves
Both platforms ship warmup, rotation and ESP matching. SmartReach.io adds continuous blacklist and domain-health monitoring that auto-pauses a campaign the moment a reputation problem appears, plus campaign soft start so a new mailbox ramps rather than spikes. Reply.io reports health; it does not stop the campaign for you.
Sending infrastructure costs less per mailbox
Google and Microsoft 365 mailboxes are $4 a month each on SmartReach.io with the domain at $5, against $5 per mailbox on Reply.io. The gap opens at scale: an Azure tenant of 50 mailboxes plus a domain is $35 a month here with a dedicated IP, where 50 fresh mailboxes on Reply.io is $250. Their pre-warmed stock, which we do not sell, is $15 a month per mailbox.
Verification is included rather than metered
Email verification runs on every plan at no extra cost on SmartReach.io. Reply.io meters it from $20 per 5,000 validations up to $600 per 300,000. On a list of any size that is a recurring line item on one platform and not on the other.
Live call coaching
Calling seats come with the plan, three on Sales Engagement Plus and ten on Pro, and they include listen, whisper and barge, so a manager can coach a live call without ending it. Reply.io gives you a dialer, local presence and transcripts, which is coaching after the fact rather than during.
Terms you can leave
The 14-day free trial covers 200 prospects with no credit card. Reply.io's paid plans carry a three-month minimum, no self-serve cancellation, and a no-refund policy on monthly bills, which is the single loudest theme in its one-star reviews.
Where Reply.io is the better choice
Every comparison page on the internet says its author wins. Here is where this one does not, so you can weigh the parts that matter to you rather than take our word for the whole thing.
Reply.io has an autonomous AI SDR and we do not
Jason sources prospects, researches them, writes and runs multichannel campaigns, handles replies and books meetings, in autopilot or copilot mode with an approval step. It starts at $800 a month. SmartReach.io's AI is assistive rather than autonomous. If you want an agent to run outbound end to end, Reply.io sells one and we do not.
Their contact database is roughly three times the size
Reply Data publishes about 1 billion contacts and 60 million accounts, with hiring and technographic intent signals and website visitor identification. The SmartReach.io lead finder covers 300M+ contacts across 50M+ companies and has no visitor identification. On raw coverage this is not close.
They have far more public reviews, at the same rating
Reply.io holds 4.6 out of 5 on G2 across more than 1,400 reviews. SmartReach.io holds 4.6 out of 5 across 60 reviews. The ratings match; the evidence base behind theirs is much larger, and that is a reasonable thing for a buyer to weigh.
They publish a SOC 2 claim and we do not
Reply.io states SOC 2 compliance, with the report gated to Multichannel plans and above. SmartReach.io makes no public SOC 2 claim. We hold GDPR compliance, two-factor authentication, role-based access and encryption in transit and at rest. If a SOC 2 report is a procurement requirement, that is a real difference.
They sell white-label and pre-warmed mailboxes
Reply.io offers white-labelling on its agency track and sells pre-warmed domains and mailboxes that ship ready to send. SmartReach.io sells secondary domains and mailboxes but warms them from cold, and does not white-label the client dashboard. For an agency that resells under its own brand, or one that cannot wait out a warmup, Reply.io covers something we do not.
Deliverability is parity, not a win for us
Both platforms ship warmup, inbox rotation, ESP matching and spam diagnostics. Anyone telling you one of these two has categorically better deliverability than the other is selling something. Setup, domain history and list quality decide far more than the vendor does.

Switching in an afternoon
Nothing here needs a migration project or a call with sales.
Bring your prospects across
Export from Reply.io as CSV and import directly, or move contacts through the API. Field mapping is done once and saved, so a second import of the same shape needs no setup.
Rebuild sequences, keep the logic
Conditional sequences and conditional drips model the same thing, so the branching you already designed transfers. Steps are rebuilt in the editor rather than imported, which for most teams is an afternoon rather than a project.
Protect deliverability through the move
Connect your existing mailboxes, run warmup on all of them at no extra cost, turn on inbox rotation, and use soft start so volume ramps rather than spikes on day one. Reputation follows the domain, not the platform, so nothing resets when you switch.
Try it before you cancel anything
The 14-day free trial covers 200 prospects with no credit card, so you can run a live campaign in parallel before moving anyone off Reply.io.
