What is email warmup and how does it help?
We have built a tool called WarmupHero to help with Email Warmup.
Email warmup is a mechanism to get your emails out of spam while trying to improve your sending reputation. It helps in sending your emails to your prospect’s inbox.
Emails from your account would be sent to a known list of real users working in different organizations.
If your emails land in spam, our warmup tool marks them as not spam, marks them as important, and replies back to you from all these users.
By giving active feedback to the email service providers’ spam filters that your emails are wrongly classified as spam and also by replying to all your emails, we try to improve your sending reputation.
