Providing your information is crucial to set up an account, process payment transactions and it’s necessary for us to provide you with the Service. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the purpose of delivering the requested Service and improving the Service. In the event of breaking the Terms of Service (such as sending SPAM or other prohibited content defined in the Terms of Service) we can reach the wrongdoer more efficiently.

The app's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our customer support team may access your smartreach account upon your request in order to answer specific questions related to the Service or solving some problems you’ve reported or which have been reported to us automatically by our system.

Data modification / updation / deletion

As SmartReach user, you may change your first name, last name, company name, email address, password, and time zone at any time after logging in to their SmartReach account. To do that, you should log into your User Account at, go to ‘Settings’ navbar and click on ‘Profile info’ tab. To change the username, users should contact support team at [email protected].

SmartReach users can also request deletion of their data by contacting support team at [email protected].

All the content sent from must be sent within the scope of B2B relations and must not be sent to Prospects or Customers who verbally expressed their wish to be excluded from further correspondence.
