How does the 14-day free trial work?

You can reach out to 200 people (prospects) in the 14 days, and access all the features in the Pro Plan.

What happens after my free trial ends?

After the free trial ends, your campaigns will be paused until you upgrade to a paid plan.

Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

No, we do not ask for your payment information while signing up.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support all major credit / debit cards and Paypal. We can accept payments via Wire Transfer for yearly payments.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can change your plan anytime.

Can I send from more than one email within one account?

You can integrate multiple emails in your SmartReach account. However, to send from more than one email, you will be charged for an additional account in your subscription. For example, to send from 2 email accounts in Standard plan, price would be 2 x $24 / month paid monthly, or 2 x $19 x 12 / year paid annually.

Can I receive replies to a different email account?

Yes, you can configure your email campaign to send from one email account and receive replies to a different email account. You will be charged only for the sending email account.

How many emails can I send from one email account in a single day?

You can send upto 500 emails per day from one email account.

Can I integrate a Gmail Alias account?

Yes, when you integrate your primary Gmail account, SmartReach will automatically pull in all the Gmail Aliases as well. You can send email campaigns from a Gmail Alias, but you can not receive replies to the Alias address. To receive replies to those campaigns, you can choose your primary gmail address or any other email account that you may want to receive replies to. Each gmail alias that you send from is considered a different email account, so to send from e.g. 2 aliases, you need to pay for 2 x subscription price.
