As SmartReach user, you may change your first name, last name, company name, email address, password, and time zone at any time after logging in to their SmartReach account. To do that, you should log into your User Account at app.smartreach.io, go to ‘Settings’ navbar and click on ‘Profile info’ tab. To change the username, users should contact support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SmartReach users can also request deletion of their data by contacting support team at email@example.com.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties are obliged to keep this information confidential (such as payment processing or accounting services).
We may also release your information when we believe the release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others rights, property, or safety, as well as in the event of breaking the Terms of Service (such as sending spam and prohibited content).

All the content sent from SmartReach.io must be sent within the scope of B2B relations and must not be sent to Prospects or Customers who verbally expressed their wish to be excluded from further correspondence.
