## Pricing model

SmartReach has no per-seat pricing. The two entry plans, Email Outreach Basic ($29/mo) and Sales Engagement Basic ($39/mo), are single-user. Every higher plan includes unlimited users and unlimited sending email accounts at no per-seat cost.

- All plans include unlimited sending emails (sending email accounts).
- Pricing scales by active prospects (the prospects you can store and contact each month), not by users or seats.
- Monthly and annual billing are available. Annual billing is discounted (up to ~40% off list); annual plans are billed yearly.
- 14-day free trial: access all features in the Sales Engagement plan and contact up to 200 prospects. No credit card required to sign up. After the trial ends, campaigns pause until you upgrade.
- Plans are organized into three solutions: Email Outreach (email-only), Sales Engagement (multichannel: email, calling, LinkedIn), and Agency (multi-client management). Each solution has Basic, Plus, Pro, and Scale tiers; Agency is quote-based.

## Billing FAQ

- **Free trial:** 14 days, access all Sales Engagement features, contact up to 200 prospects. No credit card required. Campaigns pause after the trial until you upgrade.
- **Annual discount:** Annual plans are up to ~40% less than monthly and are billed yearly.
- **Payment methods:** All major credit / debit cards and PayPal; wire transfer accepted for yearly payments.
- **Changing plans:** Upgrade or downgrade anytime; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
- **Sending limits:** Up to 100 emails per day per email account on all plans (for best deliverability, sending fewer is recommended).
- **Email accounts:** Only business email accounts are supported; free providers (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are not allowed for sending. You can send from one account and receive replies on another, and are charged only for the sending account.
